Pad printing machines

Pad printing is the process of applying ink to a product for marking purposes. This is done using a pad, which resembles a stamp. The pad picks up ink from a patterned plate, then transfers the pattern onto the product.

In our machine park, we have two pad printing machines. Each of them is equipped with two independent pads, allowing for printing of patterns consisting of several elements.
An additional advantage is the individually tailored automation system for the product, which increases efficiency.
Pad printing can be used on both flat surfaces and irregularly shaped surfaces.
The maximum printing area is 70 x 90 mm.

Examples of markings made by pad printing include barcodes, company logos, production dates, serial numbers, etc.
The service is fast and precise, allowing for marking a large number of items in a short time.
Additionally, prints can be protected with clear varnish, increasing their resistance to external factors.

We perform prints based on graphic designs provided by the Client or prepare graphics from scratch.
